Sort answers by activity

As of now, you can open the right hand sidebar, and click the Recent tab. Then you'll see the most recent answers and comments, sorted by time descending.

Later, there'll be toggle buttons for sorting answers by time ascending / descending instead. Probably also for forum admins to change the default sort order, for the whole forum or for specific categories.
