Update "Comments for https://blog-post-address" if changing the Link To URL

Currently, if going to /-/admin/contents (visible if experimental features are enabled), and one changes the Link To URL for an blog post embedded-comments page, then, thereafter, URLs in email notifications will point to the new Link-To-URL, but [the URL in the "Comments for https:// ..." text in the Original Post on the embedded comments page] won't get updated.

This should be a somewhat minor issue, since that text is not visible, when reading the comments via the blog. But would still be nice to fix. — As a workaround, one can edit it, by clicking the Original Post edit button.
